In order for California CPAs to maintain an active license, the California Board of Accountancy (CBA) requires that CPAs complete a Board-approved Regulatory Review course every six years. This course fulfills the two-hour Regulatory Review requirement and includes information on key provisions of the current California Accountancy Act and CBA Regulations.The course must be passed with a grade of at least 90 percent.This course has been approved by the California Board of Accountancy to satisfy the 2-hour Regulatory Review requirement and includes an approval code that will appear on your certificate of completion. This course does NOT satisfy the 4-hour ethics requirement. You must take the Ethics for California CPAs course to fulfill the 4-hour ethics requirement.
