2020 Annual Federal Tax Refresher
The 2020 Annual Federal Tax Refresher course is a six (6) hour course which satisfies the AFTR course requirement and is approved by the IRS.   This course focuses on three main areas:
  • Tax Law/Updates for 2019
  • General Review
  • Practices, Procedures and Professional Responsibility
Please note the following for this course:
  • This course and comprehension test must be successfully completed by December 31, 2019.
  • A maximum of three continuous hours will be allowed to complete the 100 question test.
  • Participants must answer a minimum of 70% of the test questions correctly to pass an AFTR course comprehension test.
  • Participants may only attempt a specific version of this test twice.  Afterwards a new test will be presented and two additional attempts to pass provided.
  • Enrolled Agents (EAs) cannot receive credit with the IRS for this course.
