The AICPA and NASBA have collaborated on the development of a significantly new approach to CPA licensure and is moving forward with this effort to ensure that newly licensed CPAs possess the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the profession in the present and for the foreseeable future.  This course covers key elements of this initiative including:
  • Introduction of the Core plus Discipline model for licensure.
  • Proposed changes to the Uniform Accountancy Act Model Rules.
  • Details concerning the future of the CPA profession.
