Ethics for Idaho CPAs
This is an ethics course for Idaho CPAs covering standards of professional conduct and business practices adhered to by accountants such as CPAs in order to enhance their profession and maximize idealism, justice and fairness when dealing with the public, clients and other members of their profession. It also presents an approach—the threats and safeguards approach—to coping with ethical dilemmas. Also included are some cases of AICPA ethics violations.

Chapter 3 covers Idaho State Accountancy Rules.



** Idaho Licensees ** - Please note that this course meets Idaho's CPE standard for CPA's who have an active Idaho CPA license, but does not satisfy the requirements for any new licensees seeking a state specific Idaho ethics course including:

1.) Newly licensed in Idaho (exam, reciprocity or transfer of grades) on or after July 1, 2008;

2.) Reinstated an Active license in Idaho on or after July 1, 2008; or

3.) Re-entered as an Active licensee in Idaho on or after July 1, 2008.
