Self Study CPE Credits for One Low Fee
CPE Depot offers a membership-based web site where you can earn self study CPE credits for your license or credential renewal. By purchasing a CPE Depot membership for $149 you can take as many courses as you want and earn as many CPE credits as you want or need during your 12-month membership period from the following course categories: Accounting and Auditing, CFP Registered Courses, Finance, Business Management and Organization, Specialized Knowledge and Applications and Taxation.

Your $149 membership fee includes your testing, re-testing (if necessary), completion certificates, and all course materials.

Ethics CPE programs require an additional fee due to the additional approvals required with each Board of Accountancy.

All CPE Depot self study courses meet the requirements for Interactive Self Study defined by the NASBA / AICPA standards for self study CPE programs.
Discounted Membership Renewal Fee
CPE Depot members are eligible to renew their membership at a discounted rate of only $129 at any time while their membership is active!

Members that let their membership expire will be required to pay the normal membership fee to renew their membership.
State Board Approval for CPAs
CPE Depot's courses are accepted for CPE credit in the following states where we have entered into a Sponsorship agreement with the State Board of Accountancy.

The following states Boards no longer maintain a formal CPE Sponsor program. Instead, they have defined the requirements for acceptable CPE courses and CPE Depot course meet these standards. CPE Depot offers a formal program of self study, provides interactive self study CPE courses, and issues certificates of completion for all courses as proof that you completed a course. All CPE Depot self study courses meet the requirements for Interactive Self Study defined by the NASBA / AICPA standards for self study CPE programs, which is why our CPE courses can be used in the following states.

The New Hampshire Board of Accountancy has stated that New Hampshire CPAs are responsible for determining if a sponsor's CPE program is acceptable. If you have any questions please call our office at (916) 789-9510.

    * Florida CPAs may take up to 20 hours each renewal period in the behavioral category. These courses are allowed to be non-QAS courses and may be taken from non-QAS providers.

Please remember that your Board has the final authority on accepting CPE credits so it is each CPA’s responsibility to understand your Board's requirements.
CFP Board Approved
We have entered into an agreement with the CFP Board as a sponsor of continuing education programs for all 50 States. CPE Depot has registered several courses with the CFP Board that meet the requirements of the CFP Board. Courses listed in the 'CFP' category have been registered with the CFP Board.

CPE Depot electronically reports CFP CPE credits to the CFP Board at the end of every month. In order to have CPE credits reported to the CFP Board you must enter your CFP registration information on your CPE Depot account. If you do not add your CFP registration information, CPE Depot cannot report your completed CPE credits to the CFP Board.

CPE Depot is registered with the Office of Professional Responsibility, Internal Revenue Service as a provider of continuing professional education for those individuals enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (Enrolled Agents or EAs).   Approved as an EA CPE sponsor for all 50 States.

After you pass a course exam with a score of 70% correct or better (some exams may require a higher score to pass) you can immediately view and print your certificate of completion.
