You can attempt the final exam 10 times. You can attempts the final exam immediately if you fail the exam.

If you resume a course, there will be a large red arrow indicating the section you were in. Then, if you click on the content button for that section, you can go to the last page in that section.

You must score 70% or higher to pass the final exam and receive a certificate of completion.

Why are ethics courses an additional cost?
The reason for the additional cost for ethics is due to the additional fee charged by Boards of Accountancy to register ethics courses or specific content that must be included in ethics courses.

Student may receive a refund within 30 days of purchase and if they have NOT completed any CPE credits on the site.
A CPE Depot membership provides unlimited self study courses so if you are taking a course and you do not like if, you can simply stop taking the course and start another course. If you find that our site is not working for you, you can stop taking the course (before you complete it, which means taking the final exam and submitting your answers) and submit a support ticket requesting a refund. A refund will be issued provided that the request in within 30 days of your purchase and you have not earned any CPE credits on the site.
